If you wish to select Option 1: read the most recent week’s threaded discussion. Do not fill in the form at the end of the threaded discussion. Close the discussion browser window to return to the make-up options page. Click on “Option 1 Make-up Request Form” under paragraph 3. Fill out the make-up form and click “Send.” You will receive a make-up certificate via e-mail. Give your make-up certificate to Art Schaller.
