The New Britain – Berlin Rotary Club Installs New Officers & Board Members

New Britain, CT June 28, 2007…. The New Britain – Berlin Rotary Club installed new officers and board members at a dinner reception held at The Hospital for Special Care Community Center. This 65 person club, made up of local business and professional men and women unite and work tirelessly to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and promote international understanding and peace.

Richard M. Harris was sworn in as club president for the 2007 – 2008 term of office replacing  Attorney Ken Slater, Past Club President.  Richard Harris, a New Britain native and graduate of Dartmouth College operates a business consulting practice that specializes in improving productivity, building leadership, teamwork and communication skills.  Richard joined the Rotary club in 2003 and has served on the board of directors and as club Treasurer before taking office as club President.
